I wish I could rate it higher, but I haven't had to use it yet, and I'm crossing my fingers that I won't need to. However, the renewal process was super simple and went off without a hitch.

Only one hiccup... I couldn't get onto the website to check and grab my documents because it kept saying my session timed out. Fingers crossed this gets sorted out once I give them a ring directly.

I've been on the hunt for annual travel insurance for a family trip coming up. The cost for the super cover on the UK website is £74.28. Meanwhile, the identical super cover on the Irish site is priced at €45.99. What gives with such a massive price gap between the UK and Irish sites for the same coverage?
As an Irish person living in Northern Ireland, my only choice is to buy through the UK, but with these outrageous prices, I’m not going to do it.
To anyone in the UK reading this, it’s a total ripoff compared to what you’d pay in Ireland.
